Although we do not offer refunds, we do offer a virtual gift card for the amount of the item(s) you are exchanging.

Returns/Exchanges must be shipped back to us within 12 days from the date of purchase. 

Please email us at with the subject line RETURN/EXCHANGE please include the following in your email:

  • Order #
  • Reason for refund/exchange

Then once you have shipped your item(s) back to me please email us tracking information. If we do not receive tracking information and we don't receive your item we will not be able to issue you a virtual gift card. 


To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Your item(s) must be free of, damage, orders, wash and wear. 

To exchange a pair of shoes they must be in the original box, free of odor, and no scuffs or damage. 


Non Exchange/Returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
Items that are final sale:
  • Body Jewelry
  • Under Garments 
  • Clearance items 
  • Any other items listed as final sale


To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with the item shipped back to us.

You will pay for the item to be returned then you will receive FREE shipping along with your virtual gift card for the amount of the exchanged item. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges: Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If your Exchange/refund has been rejected, you will receive an email stating why your item cannot be exchanged/refunded. Your Item(s) will then be shipped back to you.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and you will be provided with a virtual gift card within 72 hours. 

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
